The process begins when an organization submits the Book Our Program form on the Dewan Inspire website. The form collects essential information such as the contact person’s name, organization name, organization category, email address, contact number, and selected program.
After receiving the enquiry, the Dewan Inspire team reviews the information and may contact the organization to better understand its requirements. This may include discussing the preferred program, session format, learning objectives, participant requirements, scheduling preferences, and other relevant arrangements.
The team then discusses availability and suitable scheduling with the organization. Program content or delivery may also be discussed and adjusted where appropriate to better align with the organization’s needs.
It is important to understand that submitting the booking form does not automatically confirm a program. A booking becomes confirmed only after the relevant arrangements and terms have been mutually agreed upon.
