By submitting a Book Our Program form to Dewan Inspire, organizations acknowledge and agree to the applicable Program Booking Terms & Conditions. These terms help establish a clear and professional process for requesting and arranging a program or training session.
A submitted form is considered an enquiry or booking request and does not automatically confirm a program. The Dewan Inspire team may contact the organization to discuss the selected program, requirements, participant group, preferred format, scheduling, and other relevant arrangements.
Organizations are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request. Program content, topics, activities, and delivery may be discussed and customized where appropriate according to the organization’s requirements.
Program availability is subject to trainer availability, scheduling, program suitability, and mutual agreement. Where applicable, fees and commercial terms will be communicated separately before final confirmation.
Any changes or rescheduling requests should be discussed with the Dewan Inspire team and may depend on availability and mutual agreement.
Final confirmation occurs only after the relevant program arrangements and applicable terms have been mutually agreed upon.
